"God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their sins against them" (2 Corinthians 5:19)
“Abraham believed God (had Faith), and it was credited to him as righteousness.” (Genesis 15:6;Romans 4:3;Galatians 3:6)
"...having been justified by faith, we have peace with God" (Romans 5:1)
"This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it. This is why we work hard and continue to struggle, for our hope is in the living God, who is the Savior of all people and especially believers. Teach these things and insist that everyone learn them." (1 Timothy 4:9-11)
"This is good and pleases God our Savior, whose will is that everyone be saved and understand the truth. For, there is one God and one Mediator who has reconciled God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. He gave His life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world..." (1 Timothy 2:3-6)
Either we believe God or we make up some argument that He does not really mean what He says. And what does God say in the verses quoted above? ALL humanity will be RECONCILED to God, SAVED from staying dead, and are JUSTIFIED (righteous) when they believe what God says.
Humans will be rewarded (or not) based on whether we believe God, i.e. have faith in what He says.
"For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ...and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire." (1 Corinthians 3:11-15)
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” (Revelation 22:12)
